About me . . .

Taylor Arthur is a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach who helps women and families move forward with their mental health challenges. Her holistic approach focuses on helping every woman fill her own pitcher–from sleep, exercise, and diet to faith, friendships, and purpose–so that they can live a full life.

With years of experience as a mental health patient, Fresh Hope for Mental Health group leader, and mother of a special needs child, she offers hope to her clients that they, indeed, can make progress. She speaks and writes about faith-based mental health topics, including suicide prevention for moms, getting to the root of your mental health symptoms, trusting God through a mental health crisis, and more. Her writing has been featured on theMighty, (in)courage.me, MadetoMother.com, and more. She authored the Mental illness in the Family blog on HealthyPlace, as well as the devotional, Pitcher Full of Prayers: 31 Days to Bless Your Heart and Fill Your Cup to Overflowing. MOPS groups and women’s groups have applauded her Pitcher Talk all over Puget Sound. She serves as a Seattle Children’s Hospital Parent Advisor and leads the women’s ministry, Pitcher Nights, at Bethany Baptist Church. She is the founder of Forward Mental Health.

Taylor lives in Puyallup, WA with her husband Jack, two sons, and a very spoiled doodle named Zeke. She spends every morning with a cup of coffee, her Bible, and Jesus.
