Taylor is Professionally Equipped to Help Move You Forward on Your Mental Health Journey . . .
I am a Board Certified Mental Health Coach and a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach. I serve as a Parent Advisor to Seattle Children’s Hospital and hold a degree in Religious Studies and English from Gonzaga University. I have worked as a chaplain intern, led a Fresh Hope for Mental Health group, and authored the Mental Illness in the Family blog on HealthyPlace, among other articles published on the Mighty, (in)courage.me, made2mother.com, and more. I speak to MOPs groups, churches, women’s ministries, schools, and pastoral and health professionals. I serve on the board of my church, Bethany Church in Puyallup, WA, and lead the Women’s Ministry, Pitcher Nights.
. . . But Her Life Experiences Uniquely Qualify Her to Partner with You
But, it is my life experiences that uniquely equip me to partner with you in yours. I have spent almost my entire adult life as a mental health patient. I slowly learned to navigate the mental health system and recovered from my bipolar 1 disorder symptoms. I am also well-acquainted with grief and loss in both my own life and from my experience as a chaplain intern. I mothered my children through our youngest son’s medical trauma, which impacted each member of our family in different mental health, spiritual, and physical ways. Through these experiences, I have developed a unique “tool box” of mental health, medical, spiritual, and relational insights that uniquely equip me to help you navigate your own life experiences.
